My Review

This review is honestly a little hard to write because I haven't really had the desire to sit down and listen to each song and formulate an opinion. Because I played the games out of order, I missed many connections between POTMW and the other games, and thus did not really enjoy it as much as I should have.

One thing I can say about it, is that the songs are light and airy. If ATOV is the dark soundtrack, and SOTO is the mixed soundtrack, then POTMW is definitely the light one. While there are a number of great, deep songs, the focus is primarily the same as the atmosphere within the game, which is lighthearted. You can almost feel Chris and Jurio's relationships with themselves and others progress throughout the music. While none of the songs really knocked my socks off, the soundtrack as a whole gives a great representation of the game.

While I am sad that this review isn't really demonstrating the greatness of the soundtrack, which itself has been re-mixed and re-released way more than the other games, I hope you will still give it a chance. It is a great soundtrack and a must have for Legend of Heroes fans.

My Picks: See My Spirit!, The White Witch Geld: A Noble Spirit, The White Witch of Tirasweel (sample these songs in the Jukebox)
